I am a hardworking Technical Support Specialist. I am the type of person that gets caught up in their work and likes to solve problems. When I am presented with a challenge I try to solve the challenge and see it completely through. I am very passionate about the work that I do.
The past couple of years I have been going to Ivy Tech Community College to complete my technical certificate in Software Development. During these Years at Ivy Tech I have learned so much. I have learned web development and how development cycles work. I have also learned how to use Python and Javascript. I find these programming languages very fun to use in projects.
Upon completing my Software Development certificate I found that I really enjoyed the world of IT. I first obtained my A+ certification to show future employers and customers that I do have a baseline of IT knowledge. I recently obtained my Network + certification. This made me realize that I enjoy networking and the though processes behind it. With this new certificate I aim to learn all I can from the amazing people that I work with at my current place of employment. The past 6 months has been a tremendous learning experience.
